Except certain foods which are to be scientifically avoided rest you listen to your body and eat. As mentioned earlier, FLSVS. Eat Fresh, Eat Local, Eat Small helping, Eat Variety and Eat foods in Season.
Foods that are a complete no no
- Papaya
- Tea/Coffee in moderation 1-2/day
- Black colas
- Any one type of food in excess (except in the 1st trimester where you may end up being comfortable with any type of food)
